Break an egg into a small plate.
Add Aji-Shio Pepper to egg.
Ready half a slice of cheese on the side.
In pan, heat palm oil to medium hot.
Slowly pour egg inside with egg white go in first followed by egg yolk.
When it is ready to be sealed, place the cheese and seal the egg.

Break three eggs into a bowl (one egg) and a plate (2 eggs).
Pour some egg white from the plate into the bowl.
Add a few drops of soy sauce into the bowl.
Scramble it.
In pan, heat palm oil to medium hot.
Pour in the bowl (scrambled).
Wait a little until the bottom harden a bit.
Pour in the plate (2 egg yolks with less egg white).
Wait a little until the top is half cooked.
Seal the egg.
